As a southern California native, Phil has been involved in the lighting distribution business his entire career. The considerable experience he has gained over the years has provided him with extraordinary access to many industry leaders on both vendor and customer platforms. It is these valued relationships that helped lead Phil to Pacific Builders Hardware & Lighting in 2007. This extensive knowledge of lighting and regional distribution has allowed our company to build on the tremendous customer-centric reputation Pacific Builders Hardware & Lighting has built over its 35 year history. Being a part of an organization whose culture is so clearly stated in its Mission Statement and exemplified daily by all of its employees has been paramount to the growth and success we have realized over his tenure. It is reflective of this culture that we have been able to assemble one of the most experienced and successful sales and management teams in the industry. This has allowed us to develop and maintain our stellar customer service reputation all while adding new services, expanding our markets, and adding new locations to our portfolio. Vicki Singleton - Sales

Vicki began working at PBH in 1999, specializing in decorative lighting and finish hardware for single family homes. With over 30 years of experience in the lighting industry, she has developed enduring relationships with some of the premier home builders in California. Her expertise and high standard of service have ensured continual growth in an ever-changing industry.
She resides in beautiful North County San Diego and is spoiled with choices when it comes to leisure time. However, she loves nothing more than spending quality time with her family – especially her grandkids.
Ali Singleton - Sales

Ali has been with PBH since the age of 21, starting out as a project coordinator and quickly moving into sales. She specializes in lighting and finish hardware for both single and multi-family homes. She prides herself on serving her customers with integrity and honesty and has secured a loyal customer base of respected home builders. By collaborating with purchasing agents, marketing representatives and designers, she ensures delivery of the highest quality product at the best possible price.
North County San Diego is home and where Ali resides with her husband and two children. Free time is spent with family and her two dogs.
Bob Fletcher - Sales

Bob has been working in some aspect of lighting for the last 35 years. He spent several years as a manufacturer’s rep calling on and servicing regional lighting distributors. He has also been part of several successful lighting distribution companies over the years, and has found a home at PBH&L where he can apply all he has experienced to better serve his clientele. He has tremendous interest in new lighting technologies and how they are constantly changing. This is one reason he enjoys attending the relevant trade shows - it helps keep him current with design trends, as well as code changes that affect our industry. Bob has lived in Southern California all his life. In his free time he enjoys the occasional retreat to the family cabin in Big Bear, as well as watching or attending sporting events. Football and motor sports are two of his favorites.

Sean joined Pacific Builders Hardware and Lighting in December, 2019. New to the hardware and lighting industry, Sean has been learning from the ground up and has been fortunate to be surrounded by such an experienced sales team. Coming from a background in sales, Sean enjoys taking on new challenges and values the combination of developing quality relationships, customer service, and product knowledge.
Sean resides in North County San Diego and in his free time enjoys being active, traveling, surfing, camping, and learning new things.

Scott Allen - Sales

Starting his career in the industry in 1973, Scott is known as one of the most respected, knowledgeable and personable salesmen in the industry. Joining the team at PBH&L in 2003, Scott continually sought to build his reputation through unmatched knowledge of the industry, quality relationships, all the while valuing and prioritizing the customer’s needs.
Scott has really enjoyed baring witness to the widespread growth of technology in the industry, as well as the convergence of the smart home and smart locks.
The motto “family first” has helped guide both his career and personal life. He has two wonderful daughters, and is “Papa” to two granddaughters. He loves spending time with family, enjoying his annual trip to Cabo San Lucas (going on 24 years). He can occasionally be found enjoying a round of golf, or maybe camping at the beach.
